What you choose to share

The form asks for your name, optional company, a WhatsApp number or email address, your area of interest and an optional message. Please do not submit passwords, customer records or confidential financial information.

Why we use it

AyNaTech uses these details to respond to your request and discuss relevant product or service requirements. The form requires your agreement before sending. It does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

How a request reaches us

Submitting the form sends your details through Cloudflare, which validates the request and performs an anti-spam check before attempting email delivery to a private Gmail inbox. Google processes and stores the email in that inbox. The receiving address is kept private and is not displayed on the website.

Cloudflare processes technical information, including your IP address and verification information, to protect and deliver the service. A form confirmation means the request was accepted for delivery; it does not confirm that someone has read it.

How long we keep it

The website does not keep a separate customer database for enquiries. Submitted details are kept in the private enquiry inbox for follow-up. Our policy is to remove closed enquiries 90 days after the enquiry closes, through a manual inbox review. The website does not automatically delete emails. Enquiries that become an ongoing customer relationship are handled separately as part of that relationship.

The product guide

The product guide displays prepared answers. It is not a live chat and does not send your selections to an AI model. Choosing “Talk to sales” opens the enquiry form; it does not automatically send a conversation.

Corrections or removal

You can submit a new enquiry asking us to correct or remove an earlier enquiry. Include only enough information to identify it. We may need to verify that the request relates to you.
